Yes, it does. But if you want to use remoting (i.e., run SMSQL cmdlet from a machine which does not have SMSQL installed), you need to setup and connect to a remote session yourself, and run "Add-PSSnapin NetApp.SnapManager.SQL.PS.Admin" before running the cmdlets.
