Safe to change root vol language?

Hi,

I have noticed that a few volumes including the root vol are currently 'undefinied' for the language option. I presume I can from the cli just go, vol lang vol0 en or similar? Is it safe to do this, it wont take any volumes offline??

It won't take the volume offline, but the lang setting on the volume won't be changed until the next storage system reboot.

Hi,

Thanks for that, I'll change the vols and do a couple of takeovers then. The system is only a snapmirror dest at the moment, but will have a few production VM's running off it in the coming weeks.
