Hi,
there is a way to move volumes (32bit) that are stored in a storage with Ontap 7.3.2 to another storage with Ontap 8.3.2 clustered using snapmirror?
Thanks.

Not with snapmirror. Snapmirror requires the source volume (and all of its snapshots) to be in 64bit format when the destination cluster is running 8.3 or later.
Other options include foreign lun imoport, XCP, and 3rd party host based tools.
