Hello Team

I have a netapp that's backing up to this volume  : /vol/sv_ecnategrlf01/, is there a way for me to export this to windows?

sorry if this doesn't make much sense

I'm assuming this is your Snapvault secondary system?! You can export this volume to Windows (create a CIFS share on it). You will need a CIFS license available on this NetApp system.

Below link should help you in setting up CIFS on this system:

Kind regards,

Rob

thank you for the response in doing some research for the license i found this

cf_remote not licensed
cifs ALRVWOKMD

Does this mean it's not licensed ?

If this is CLI output from the NetApp system where the volume you want to "export" resides, then it looks like CIFS is licensed.
