Transition ISCSI Boot Luns (Win) from 7-mode to CDot

Is it possible to connect to a boot lun with another host  (7 mode) and connect to a new lun (CDot) and use a clone utility to copy the boot lun?

I do not see why not. As long as host sees both LUNs it can copy between them.
