Hi,

I am getting error message while trying to get ONTAP image via get command or system manager .., below is the error message I am getting....

cluster name::> cluster image package get -url http://xx.xxx.xx.xx/93P21_q_nodar_image.tgz Package download failed.

Error: command failed: Failed to download package from http://.../93P21_q_nodar_image.tgz. Error: Failure when receiving data from the peer : Recv failure: Connection reset by peer.

However I have updated my other Cluster's ONTAP without any error via same image.

Could someone help on this, how I can resolve this.

url http://xx.xxx.xx.xx <-- Is this IP reachable from cluster. Can you spin up local web server which is closest or on the same subnet as cluster temporarily just to test it out.

hello:

You want to make sure that the IP you store is communicating with the http IP, I usually use system node image update-node-package location-replace-package true-setdefault true to upload to each node
