I need to migrate 2 volumes, where one is the source vol and the other is a flexclone of the source...
Q1: Can I SnapMirror them to the other controller and then just reconnect to the servers?
Q2: Is the flexclone still intact after snapmirroring?
Q3: Or am I forced to SnapMirror the source and then recreate the clone on the new controller? (not preferred, cause this is a SAP system)...
Thanks in advance for enlightening me.

Data ONTAP 8.1 should support FlexClone; I am not sure about previous versions.

Yes it does, but can I snapmirror this construct (srcvol----flexvol to destvol-----destflexvol)? And the destvol still remembers the flexvol stuff?

OK, I've just tested it on ym systems...
Q1 = doesn't work, the destination volume contains the snapshot for the clone, but has NO idea abouth the "missing" clone. "vol status" showed this.
Q2 = No it is not on the destination
Q3 = This would work, but is not wanted...
