Where do I create Applications (AppDM) in ONTAP 9.7?

Hey, It seems like the new system manager for ontap 9.7 only allows to view the Applications page but not to create or modify. Can it only be done through the "old"/previous system manager GUI and REST API? or maybe I'm missing something? It also seems not to be so available through the CLI. Did the commands change? Thanks,

It looks like starting in onTap 9.2 the Application commands started to become deprecated and have since been almost completely removed in OnTap 9.7  This is based on the product documentation.  The reason for this is unclear to me.
