Hi,
I come across some of the documents on ontap architecture.They classified into Logical & physical view it was vague for me.
however,my need is how the ontap function when the host access a LUN or volume?

Since your question is still somewhat inspecific I can only direct you to the system documentation for FC and iSCSI (for 7.3.5.1)

Assuming you have a NetApp system and a NOW account, you should be able to find a lot of answers here. In a few weeks, when you are done reading and searching, you can ask questions about what you didn't find but are still wondering about.

Normally, when a user access a Lun from their end .Inorder to make the LUN visible and usable. Ontap would do some task right.!
I just want to know the flow of task,which ontap do?
