does anyone encounter reading latency during epic/iris database backup from Netapp A1K

we migrated Netapp from A800 to A1K (9.16.1P12). Now during our epic/iris database backup, we are experiencing the reading performance on application. we are also seeing the high latency on disks from Netapp.

does anyone experiencing the same with a fix?

Could very well be a bug maybe?   Have you opened a support case to review? there are a lot of variables here.

yes, we have a case opened also upgraded to Ontap 9.18.1P3 but haven't figure out the issue yet.

Did you have any luck getting this resolved?  Did you perform a headswap going from the A800 to the A1K or did you add new controllers to the cluster and perform volume moves?
