Im pretty green and still learning alot about netapp, had a disk fail, So i replaced it with a disk i already had unowned. i have done this only a few times, but this one is giving me
Broken Details:: init failed
If i Command line in, it will say FAILED under Pool
Any thing i should try or maybe another disk?

You can try the following methods to solve the problem
1. Verify the DQP is up to date
If not up to date , install a new version NetApp Downloads: Disk Qualification Package
2. Remove and reinsert the disk for at least 70 seconds.
