Sometime after 9.13 , the release notes stated that NetApp had implemented a new EMS event to alert (sp.auth.loginDenied) when a bad login attempt was recorded for service processor. So, I reviewed the documentation, attempted to implement and it did not work. Opened a ticket, ticket was escalated, and Engineering said they could not get this feature working and so my ticket was closed. "unfortunately, the callhome event was not able to be implemented and needs to be removed from the documentation"
Was told to check periodically as to when NetApp would remove it from their documentation. This is as of Dec 2024. Just posting this in case anyone is trying to get this working and the wrong documentation is still up. sp.auth events
