following situation
1) MC with 8.2.3 7-Mode
2) each site
aggr0 mirrored
aggr1 not mirrored
It's possible to suppress a takeover only for aggr1 during failover?

No. Filer will configure all aggregates it sees.

Hi,
What is the reason for your question ? Maintenance ?
Do you mean a normal Failover or a Site-Failover ? In a normal takeover the aggregate is still available, but in a Site-Failover the aggregate can't be used.

-> Site-Failover of an asymmetrical mirroring
But if this occurs (e.g. controller A fails) and controller B have no access to a certain aggregat of controller A at this time, a kernel panic is possible. right ?

It should not panic. Some aggregates will be missing after takeover, that's all. Of course if root aggregate itself is missing, no takeover is possible.

That's correct.
It should not panic, especially if the release version is equal or above 7.1.x.
Did you have the problem after a takeover ?
