what's included with ONTAP upgrade

Hi All.

I did a quick search and could not easily find it.

im upgrading from 9.5 to 9.5P14 

Are all the following items included in an ONTAP upgrade bundle ?

Service Processor Firmware

Disk Firmware

Shelf Firmware

BIOS Upgrade

disk qualification package

DQP isn't.    I believe the rest are.

A bit confusing as DQP is required for the FW upgrade...
