you do not have sufficient spare disks to create raid dp aggregate

When i try to create a new aggregate, I got the error you do you have sufficient spare disk to create raid dp aggregate. But when i go to disks, I see a lot of disk not assigned to any aggregate. any idea?

Are the "not assigned!" disks owned by the filer you are trying to create the new aggregate on, do they show as spares?
