Hi,
We have an SAN FAS-2240 currently working with disks X422 FW NA01. We would add a disk but the FW is NA03. The disk is recognized when you add it but we didn't affect it yet.
Is there any potentiel problem?

There isn't any specific restriction for uniform firmware on a specific drive model.
Be aware that you need to compare the entire drive model string when checking firmware.
For example, X422_HCBFE600A10 latest firmware is NA05.
See: https://mysupport.netapp.com/site/downloads/firmware/disk-drive-firmware
It is highly recommended to update all of the disk firmware to the latest version.
