UAT2 ports connected to Brocade switch are not showing WWPN

Hello - Got a question about new NetApp we deployed. We connected NetApp to Brocade Fabric via onboard FC ports and UAT ports in additional card. Onboard ports connecting fine to Fabric and we are able to see NetApp WWPNs on Brocade ports but UAT are showing "In_Sync" and don't show NetApp WWPNs.

UAT ports mode has been changed to FC. There is no FC LIFs configured on NetApp yet.

Do we need to do anythihng different for UAT ports which I am missing?

Did you do a reboot or takeover of each controller after you switched to FC on the UTAs?

Yes, reboot was done and ports are showing as fc with no pending Mode when ucadin show command is given.

Just to confirm,  you have link lights on both ends, just no FLOGI from the physicals WWPNs on the UAT adaptors?

I would try bouncing the port swtich side.     And maybe create a lif in the FCP SVM.

Hi,

Attached is the switch port status (switchshow) for two netapp controllers. I have already tried bringing switch port down and up. Also have tried setting port speed manually on the Netapp side.
