the Technical Support Center team told me to ask here.
Need help getting on the #API slack channel, so we can start solving the problem/bug we reported over a month ago.
I don't see how its possible to access your slack workspace without a user or some kind of invite link. I get to a login screen when I use the link you sent.
I use slack everyday on our own workspace.

Did you click the Slack invite link from the netapp.io front page?
I think that's all you should need in order to get in.
