Burt 1351013 - need access to slack

Hi,

the Technical Support Center team told me to ask here.

Need help getting on the #API slack channel, so we can start solving the problem/bug we reported over a month ago.

 

I don't see how its possible to access your slack workspace without a user or some kind of invite link. I get to a login screen when I use the link you sent.

I use slack everyday on our own workspace.

Did you click the Slack invite link from the netapp.io front page?

I think that's all you should need in order to get in.

And nope, all I got from support was this:

I have created a new burt for this: 1351013 (public link will be available within a few days).

You can use the burt number as a reference and reach out on our #API Slack channel where you can work with our developers and triage the issue further to find a suitable workaround and drive the burt.
