In the process of installing the StorageGRID add-on for Splunk in a Linux environment. The installation on the Heavy Forwarder is done, but not on the Search Head yet. I will get to that soon. I see from the add-on Docs that the install is required on the Search Head. I am just trying to understand how this will all work together. Assuming everything is configured properly on both servers, will we be able to see data only after we do the install on the Search Head? Is there any way we can test our installation on the Heavy Forwarder before we install on the Search Head to see if data is being collected? Thanks!
