Copy offload tool binary

I wanto to use Copy Offload functon but I don't find Copy offload tool binary.

The copy offload binary is now available for download @ http://mysupport.netapp.com/NOW/download/tools/ntap_openstack_nfs/ ; the upstream documentation will be updated to reflect this.
