Create tarball for 2020.3.12 release of netapp-lib on PyPi

Hello. I see that there is a newer release of netapp-lib on PyPi here:

https://pypi.org/project/netapp-lib/

unfortunately release 2020.3.12 only has a python wheel archive available that does not contain a setup.py which is needed for properly rebuilding the library locally.

Could we please get a tarball build for this release akin to the 2019.12.20 release? Thank you.

This has been resolved as of release 2020.3.13
