Hi,
Is it possible to get an additional Cluster base license for the simulators.
I have 2 simulators running, and currently they both have the same Cluster serial: 1-80-000008, and it vould be nice if I could change one of them to eg.:1-80-000009
Regards
Bo

Did you install both instances, or did you install one then clone it?
Does "cluster identity show" show different UUIDs?

Only that one serial number is available, but cluster serial is mostly used for Autosupport, which isn't an issue with the simulatior. In most cases, cluster UUID is used, which is unique even if the serial number isn't.

Cluster base isn't actually needed anymore. The key is deprecated and new installs will use a built-in default for cluster setup.

I was working with OnCommand Cloud Manager in my lab, and this product does not like 2 systems with the same cluster base licens.

UUID is different on both simulators.
But you pushed me in the right direction: I forgot to change the system serial on secondary simulator, so I will now build a new simulator, change the system serial on that one, and try to add it to Cloud Manager.

Update:
New simulator with different serial solved the issue 🙂
