Does simulator have SnapMirror Synchronous License?

I create a Snapmirror  Synchronous in simulator,

but it show 'SnapMirror Synchronous license check failed for cluster [SRC Cluster]. Reason: SnapMirror Synchronous License not found.'

My simulator have install the license

SnapMirror GUJZTRRRYVHXCFABGAAAAAAAAAAA SnapMirror, including synchronous SnapMirror

SnapMirror UFTUNUNFXMSMUCEZFAAAAAAAAAAA SnapMirror, including synchronous SnapMirror

Have any configuration that I miss?
