Looks like the problem did not occur on ESX 5.0.0.

Any suggestions?

Is there a service that automatically runs at 4:30? If so, try disabling it.

cause it is running in 7-mode, how can I check which scheduled processes existing on that system?

You can console/SSH into the ESX server & type 'services.sh status' to view them.

To stop the service:

service 'name-of-service' stop

oh, I thought you mean ontap services... I'll take a look into the different ESXi hosts.

Possible it has something to do with the fact that simulator 8.2.1 isn't official compatible with ESXi > 5.0 ?

We know the simlators work well with ESX 4.1 (update 1). I would try following http://mysupport.netapp.com/knowledge/docs/simulate_ontap/Simulate_ONTAP_8.2.1_Installation_and_Setup_Guide.pdf (page 21), and make sure you have ESX setup properly for the simulator.
