I downloaded vsim version vsim-esx-DOT9.5P6-cm_nodar.ova
The checksum download, MD5Checksums_9.5P6.txt, has listed
vsim-esx-DOT9.5P6-cm.ova
and
vsim-netapp-DOT9.5P6-cm_nodar.ova
I do not see vsim version vsim-esx-DOT9.5P6-cm_nodar.ova
Is this a typo in the MD5Checksums_9.5P6.txt file?
thanks

Hi there!
As the checksum matches, yes, use that one for ESX.
The only difference is the filename.
"nodar" means "no data at rest encryption"
Probably - does the checksum for the nodar file you downloaded match the one in the file for vsim-esx-DOT9.5P6-cm.ova? We only distribute the nodar varients as simulators.
This is the txt file of check sums:
MD5 checksum for 9.5P6 .ova files
vsim-esx-DOT9.5P6-cm.ova 1b498410991e9ca41e93b496f441491b
vsim-netapp-DOT9.5P6-cm_nodar.ova 1ce11d4f357d45383dd433a607758016
I downloaded this file vsim-esx-DOT9.5P6-cm_nodar.ova. This is the one to use on ESXi for the simulator?
The hash matches the vsim-esx-DOT9.5P6-cm.ova, not the downloaded file of vsim-esx-DOT9.5P6-cm_nodar.ova ?
Any updates on the response I provided with regard to the checksum and file name?
