ONTAP SIMULATOR

Trying to download ONTAP SIMULATOR with the link: https://mysupport.netapp.com/site/tools/tool-eula/simulate-ontap.

But i get the notification: Unauthorized Access!

Can anyone help me on how to download the ONTAP simulator please?

ONTAP Simulator is only available to download for Customer and Partner accounts. I see yours only has guest access. If you have a business account to login to the support site with, please try that.

I will check to see if any progress has been made to change this restriction after some conversations I had recently.

I am not a customer yet and do not have a company account with NetApp.
However I would like to download the Simulator for practice and testing
purposes.
