License keys are on in a text file available on the simulator download page. Use the one that matches the serial number you assigned to your simulator.

thanks SeanHatfield i googled my serial number and found the CIFS license on this page https://vmtek.wordpress.com/2014/07/29/netapp-clustered-ontap-simulator-licenses-8-2-1/
