simulateONTap 9.3 and ESX 6.5

when attempting to load the OVA file into ESX 6.5 we are getting the message in the attachment..  

The install does not find any disks according to the message.

During boot, press ctrl-C to invoke the boot menu, then pick option 4 to initialize the system.
