snapmirror error help please

When I try to select source system or destination system it gives me the attached error

Connection has been shut down

I am stumped

Any help would be appricated!

1st guess is you're on either server 2003 or windows XP.  If so it looks a little like kb968730.  Also check kb948963.

What versions of ONTAP and System Manager?

The inital discovery page (where you click discover to find your filers)  is Version : 3.0
Browser Type: Win32
User Agent : Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:35.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/35.0

but when I login to the filer its: 

Version : 2.2.0.1
Browser Type: Win32
User Agent : Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:35.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/35.0

If that makes sense?

I remember seeing that in 3.0.  How about trying 3.1.2RC2?
