why are we not getting boot menu in ontap simulator anymore..?

I am trying to setup 9.14 simulator  but not getting boot menu despite keyboard intruption. Please suggest.

I just tried 9.14 and the Ctrl-C boot menu option is there.  I did run cluster setup first but it definitely works.

You could also try entering 'boot menu' at the loader prompt.
