API Behavior - IsAvailable

I'm curious how the IsAvailable element that can be requested for Hosts and Volumes maps to HostCommunicationStatus and VolumeState respectively.

That is for what status/state values does IsAvailable return true or false?

For Hosts --> HostListInfoIter*

As far as I know:

IsAvailable means "good" in HostCommunicationStatus.

IsAvaialble means "online" in VolumeState
