Is it possible to change file/directory ownerships via ONTAPI?

Is there a way, please, to use ONTAPI to change the ownership of a file or directory created via ONTAPI?

I used "file-write-file", "file-create-directory" APIs successfully but the new files/directories are assigned "root" as their user & group ownership.

All ideas gratefully welcomed!

Thanks for the suggestion -- I did look at that API but doesn't it only apply to volumes / qtrees with NTFS security, please?

The volumes I am working with all have the 'UNIX' security model.
