There is no direct side-by-side comparsison for NSMDK 5.7 and 9.3 releases.

Of interest: 

1. NMSDK 5.7 (released May 2017) included the following:
   • Support for NetApp ONTAP® 9.2 management software
   • Support for NetApp OnCommand Unified Manager 7.1 and 7.2
2. NMSDK 9.3 (released November 2017) included the following:
   • Support for NetApp ONTAP® 9.3 management software
   • Support for NetApp OnCommand Unified Manager 7.3

The Supported Platforms, Programming Languages, and Browsesrs are listed on the download page for the respective release.
