what if the job is not running automatically?
is there any way to run it automatically ? Example. running at 3pm.

yes of course, that's the whole purpose of scheduling a job.
Please do read from page 31 to 33.
what you are looking for is mentioned on page 33:
Schedule the time for the backup
job
Specify whether this backup job should occur hourly, daily,
weekly, or monthly
I am even going to send you snapshots:
if you still can't create the schedule trigger time, I am seriously confused as whether you are doing what I am described above...
