Effective December 3, NetApp adopts Microsoft’s Business-to-Customer (B2C) identity management to simplify and provide secure access to NetApp resources.
For accounts that did not pre-register (prior to Dec 3), access to your NetApp data may take up to 1 hour as your legacy NSS ID is synchronized to the new B2C identity.

Multistore - security certifications ?

druddle00

Hello,

I am trying to find out what security certifications (US, EMEA, UK...) that multistore, and a multi tenant environment based on it conforms to (not a Secure Multi Tenancy environment based on NetApp, Cisco and VMware, just Multistore on a filer).

I don't know of official certification...  however there are two audits, one from KMPG (old) and one from Matasano.  The Matasano link is on the Field Portal at https://fieldportal.netapp.com/ci_getfile.asp?method=1&uid=5882&docid=15074  There is a new audit in the works for the full SMT solution which should also infer MultiStore standalone as well.

Hi Scott,

Thanks for the information.  It would be useful to see the output of the SMT audit if there is indeed something that talks about standalone Multistore.
