ONTAP Tools for VMWare high cpu

Hello,

I have an ONTAP Tools for VMWARE with version 9.13.1 that since few weeks ago is being reported in VCSA as using 100% cpu.

The ova was installed with 12 Gb RAM and 4 vCPU's.

I've increase the RAM on  the OVA from 12 to 18, but nothing. I've also increased the vCPU's to 8, and also nothing.

Few minutes after a reboot the performance is degraded as its using 100% cpu.

Does anybody faced this issue anytime?

I have the same issue with ONTAP Tools for VMWARE with version 9.13.1. When I reboot, it's quiet for a few minutes, before CPU hits 100%. Is looks like java

Hi,

I just solved one week ago. Have to modify java parameters, as well as clean up hosed items. Also, increase RAM settings to 32 Gb and 8 cores.
