I have upgraded our version of VSC to 2.1 (from 2.0) this morning but since the upgrade I am unable to get the SMVI service stared on the VCentre server. The error message I get in Event Viewer is:
The user account "snapdriveuser" could not be successfully resolved. Check network connectivity to domain controllers and domain membership. Users may not be able to log in until connectivity is restored. Has anyone encountered this before and are they able to help me? Many Thanks
