Effective December 3, NetApp adopts Microsoft’s Business-to-Customer (B2C) identity management to simplify and provide secure access to NetApp resources.
For accounts that did not pre-register (prior to Dec 3), access to your NetApp data may take up to 1 hour as your legacy NSS ID is synchronized to the new B2C identity.

What privileges and/or role does a user need in Virtual Center to be able to use VSC, NetApp Virtual Storage Console?

Customer has installed VSC, the systems shows up but when he does a refresh he gets no information.

We have followed that blog to get the right role on the Netapp system but the problem is in Virtual Center.

Which role and/or privileges does the customer need on his login in Virtual Center to be able to use the VSC?

You nned to be Server Admin in the A/D or have the same role/rights in Virtual Center.
