Hi,

Afte installed ocum 7.1RC, when i try to connect web gui, get an error mesaage like below.

 

Installed "OnCommandUnifiedManager-7.1.ova" Wm.

Have you encountered this situation.

Hi,

When i downgrade to 7.0 problem resolved spontaneously. UM and Pm are is not very stable software. When I connected the UM and PM for data exchange, there were still problems.  
Best configuration, use both separately.(Um and PM)

Hi,

 

We got the same error, the customer use unified manager 6.3 and they upgrade to 7.0 

But they have same error when they try to access from web. What can we do to solve the issue?

I encountered this error as well when I upgraded to 6.4 to 7.1P3, 

 

I fixed it by doing the following.

 

- Upgrade your VMware tools on the VM. I saw the guest memory manager, vm communcation interface and vm communcation interface socket family failed when the VM booted up.

You can access this when the VM is booting up by CTRL+ALT+F2. Just google up how to upgrade your VMware tools and you should be sweet. Very easy.

 

- Clear everything in the browser and then it worked 🙂
