OCI Flash array support

Hi.

Does Anybodey know if  OCI  supports  Ciscos invista or Emc xtremio?

Hey Jonas,

We do not currently support either. We have not had many requests for Cisco Invista, whereas we do have some requests for XtremeIO. It is possible to open OCI support cases to create Requests for Enhancement to track your needs - we would like to know the number of arrays, model, firmware and raw capacity by family for these types of requests.

Hey Jonas,

If your OCI customer has XtremIO on the floor, they may be interested in helping move along the OCI engineering effort. We are looking for customers to run a "standalone" OCI datasource that will collect data via the XtremIO REST API to send back to OCI engineering - the goal is to refine our collection and parsing using this data, and make available a beta OCI datasource patch in Calendar Q1 2015.
