OCUM 7.2 to 9.4 upgrade fails stating.

Error: The Wizard was interrupted before On command Unified Manager could be completely installed.

Noticed this error under event viewer: InnoDB: Table mysql/innodb_index_stats has length mismatch in the column name table_name. Please run mysql_upgradeFor more information, see Help and Support Center at http://www.mysql.com.

Can somebody help with the resolution, as it's EOS ,can't raise a NetApp ticket.

Agreed, there is a mis-understanding here with Support. If you're trying to get to a supported version and hitting issues during upgrade process, then Support should be able to point you in the right direction to get things moving along!

One thing note, @Reshma there is this KB Article that may be relevant to your issue - https://kb.netapp.com/Advice_and_Troubleshooting/Data_Infrastructure_Management/OnCommand_Suite/Unified_Manager_-_MySQL_log_spamming%2C_big_error_log_...

Do take backups prior to any major changes. 😀

I'm with Support. What is your case number? I'll look into it to ensure it gets proper handling.
