I am looking for new updates on the Insight toolbar => Help => Check for Updates... and get the following:
All other connections (to www) from the Insight Server work correctly.
Question - is your web browser configured to use a proxy to get to the Internet? In IE -> Internet Options -> Connections -> Lan Settings
If yes, is OCI configured to use the same proxy? OCI is setup to use a proxy under the OCI ASUP configuration section in the OCI administrative web portal.
there is no proxy in use in IE and there is also no proxy configured at the Insight Server -> Advanced -> ASUP.
