on-site - cant configure new OCI install - cant add licenses

getting a java error when trying to launch license manager.  Java is installed, user account is local admin.  Need help deciphering jboss gobbledygook

Error is  failed to lookup session LicenseSession

The SANscreen Server service (jboss) may not have come up cleanly.

Anything interesting in the jboss.log and server.log files?

Try these:

1. Check in control panel how many Java path are enabled. Enable only which uses SANscreen java location.

2. Add entry in hosts file, in case you are accessing it from different server.
