ASUPs missing key files

FAS3170, 8.1.4 7-mode.  autosupport option set to complete.

Yet, I'm missing:

STORAGE-DISK.txt

DF.txt

ENVIRONMENT.txt

SYSCONFIG-R.txt

VOL-STATUS.TXT

from each ASUP. 

Any ideas?

Do you get a full weekly autosupport? Performance reports only have performance data but the weekly autosupports should be complete. You could also try checking your autosupport options by entering the command 'options autosupport'.

Is options autosupport.max_http_size 0?

Is options autosupport.max_smtp_size 0?
