Can SP / RLM / RSA send Autosupport messages?

I want to know whether SP / RLM or RSA can send autosupport messages via SMTP or HTTP(s)? If so, how to configure it?

options autosupport.support.transport, you should be able to use smtp or http.

What is the purpose of RSA? How does it help to troubleshoot errors from remotely?

RSA helps NetApp support, then can make requests to your controllers to trigger autosupport and other things remotely.

If something fails off hours instead of waiting to get hold of you then trigger a autosupport or request a core dump to be sent.
