Disk Health Trigger messages in syslog

Hi all,

For months we've been seeing this message ( repeated about every 30 minutes ) in the syslog.

Disk 3a.14.13 received NHT health trigger (0x1  0xb 0x5d 0x10)
Seeing as how it is a health trigger we have been expecting it to fail.
Any insight would be appreaciated.
thanks

I would like to bump this thread as I am getting the same messages on my production filer.

[natapp:disk.healthTrigger:warning]: Disk 1a.81 received NHT health trigger (0x1 0xb 0x5d 0x10)

Anyone know what the best course of action would be?

I contacted support and they had me run

disk maint start -d 3a.14.13

This will copy the data to a spare, then run tests

if ok, it will make the disk a spare, if not it will fail it.

In the end the disk failed and was replaced.
