How to find the official support begin date?

Does the support contract officially begin when the product is delivered? Or, does SUPPORT officially begin once the system is deployed? How and where can I find this information?


I have reviewed our "Standard Terms and Conditions", at and the most relevant would be in the general terms, which for the regions I reviewed all state risk and title passes to customer on delivery. Also remembering, Support agreements are sold with a specific end date, not a duration.
