Active IQ and AutoSupport Discussions
I would like to know if Solidfire systems can have Autosupport configured on it and accessed in Active IQ/MyASUP Portal.
For EX: STVJH171923006
A detailed explainiation would be highly appreciated.
SolidFire products do not support AutoSupport at this time. However, ActiveIQ for SolidFire can be enabled.
Once enabled, you can access SolidFire ActiveIQ information at: http://activeiq.solidfire.com/
