Can I report storage efficiency for compression within Operations manager? If not, what is the best way to do this in a centralized fashion?
Today my customer has 25 or so clusters and we use operations manager to report on deduplication savings. We also report on thin provisioning savings. Our client is looking into a single pane of glass to show their storage efficency with deduplication, thin provisioning and compression for their total environment. And also for their sub groups (exchange storage only, etc). If operations manager can do this, it would be great but we've already created the sub-groups. What are some of the best ways to report on total efficiency?
