Risks tab in AutoSupport missing data.

Just a week ago my AutoSupport showed "risks" on my filesr and I was able to view them.  Now when I click on my "16" risks the screen appears saying "No detected risks".  I had a 'red alert" indicating shelf firmware upgrade recommended but now a week later my red alerts are gone?
